MOTÖRHEAD's LEMMY Interviewed At EPIPHONE REVOLVER GOLDEN GODS AWARDS

MOTÖRHEAD's Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister was interviewed by Altitude on the "black carpet" of last night's (Tuesday, April 7) Epiphone Revolver Golden Gods Awards at Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles. Watch the chat below. Lemmy also presented the "Metal Industry" award to the Rainbow Bar & Grill at the event, which will be broadcast on MTV2 as a one-hour special debuting Saturday, May 2.

The ultimate evening of heavy music featured performances from MEGADETH, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, HATEBREED, ALL THAT REMAINS and SUICIDE SILENCE, along with a very special DJ set from SLIPKNOT's Corey Taylor to kick off the event. The night culminated with rock legend Ozzy Osbourne being honored with a "Lifetime Achievement Award".

Hosted by actor/comic Brian Posehn ("The Sarah Silverman Program"),the night — a celebration of one of rock's most enduring and fan-supported genres — also featured special appearances by Glenn Danzig, Maynard James Keenan of TOOL and PUSCIFER, Jonathan Davis of KORN, ALICE IN CHAINS, Vinnie Paul, Scott Ian, Olympic gold-medalist Shaun White, Chuck Billy of TESTAMENT, PROTEST THE HERO, Marta Peterson from BLEEDING THROUGH, ISIS, Ken Susi and Trevor Phipps of UNEARTH, Brendon Small from DETHKLOK, STEEL PANTHER, WWE wrestler CM Punk, Sirius XM radio host Jose Mangin, "Chaos" radio host Full Metal Jackie and many more.
