MOONSTONE: More Audio Samples Posted Online

MOONSTONE, the project of Italian guitarist Matteo Filippini, has posted several new samples from the upcoming CD at the official web site,

Described as "genuine British-oriented '70s classic rock," not a million miles removed from the likes of FREE, JIMI HENDRIX and DEEP PURPLE, the album features guest appearances by an all-star cast of musicians, including Glenn Hughes (DEEP PURPLE, BLACK SABBATH), Graham Bonnet (RAINBOW, MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, ALCATRAZZ, IMPELLITTERI, BLACKTHORNE), Eric Bloom (BLUE ÖYSTER CULT), John Lawton (ex-URIAH HEEP), and Paul Shortino (ROUGH CUTT, QUIET RIOT, HEAVEN & EARTH). The album's tentative track listing is as follows:
