MOONSKIN Bassist Releases New Solo Album

Maor Appelbaum, bassist of the Israeli "dark metal" band MOONSKIN, has released another solo album of his "dark avant-garde musical trip to the abyss of one's mind and soul." Released under the VECTORSCOPE banner, the CD, entitled "Monitoring the Blind", is said to be "an unlimited and groundbreaking approach to music. A description of the project follows:

"VECTORSCOPE is yet another bold attempt by Maor Applebaum to explore the musical boundaries known to mankind, to bodly go where very few dare to venture. It is a dark, avant-garde expreince, using his vast knowledge of electronic instruments to create a varied amglam of dark sounds and effects. Worlds of sci-fi and dark fantasy are revleaed in a singular musical expreince, best heard during the late hours of the night, while allowng the mind to seek the deeper and more emotionally motivated aspects of the music."
