Montreal's VENGEFUL Signs With DISCONCERT MUSIC

VENGEFUL, the new Montreal-based band featuring current and former members of ATHERETIC and MINDS alongside the session drummer for DESPISED ICON, has signed a deal with Disconcert Music for the release of its full-length debut, entitled "Karma". According to a press release, VENGEFUL "plays death metal that is fuelled by pure hatred and deep anger, accompanied by a firm sense of song structure and dynamic. . . Their music shows influences from pioneers such as GORGUTS, IMMOLATION, NILE and CRYPTOPSY."

VENGEFUL's Marc-André (vocals) comments: "We are proud and very excited to team up with this label for our first full-length effort. We think this association will be beneficial for both VENGEFUL and Disconcert Music."

"Karma" will be released through Fusion 3 in Canada and Century Media's distribution channels for America. Expect a release date soon.
