MNEMIC Confirmed For Denmark's ROSKILDE FESTIVAL

April 16, 2004

Danish "hybrid metal" act MNEMIC, featuring former INVOCATOR session drummer Brian Rasmussen and ex-MERCENARY guitarist Mircea G. Eftemie, have been confirmed for this year's installment of the Roskilde Festival, scheduled to take place July 1-4 in Roskilde, Denmark. Also set to appear are KORN, MESHUGGAH, HATEBREED and ILL NIÑO, among others. More confirmations will be announced soon.

Commented MNEMIC: "We are desperately trying to make this machine run as smoothly as possible and so far we are barely holding up. Ha ha! Fuck the drama... We are now confirmed for this year's Roskilde Festival and this years summer festival schedule is starting to look really nice. We can't wait to get out of that smelly dark room we rehearse in and out on the road embracing the European summer, with all its wonderful beers, metal and tits and beer and metal and tits and....get the point!!!

"Just want to say thanx for the support to all the U.S. fans that's been writing us. Things are in the works, no promises, no deadlines but eventually we will be there!"

MNEMIC, who recently completed a U.K. tour with SOILWORK and THE FORSAKEN (view MNEMIC's tour diary here),are continuing to promote their debut album, "Mechanical Spin Phenomena", released last year through Nuclear Blast Records. The group are tentatively planning on issuing their sophomore effort before the end of the year.
