Danish "hybrid metal" act MNEMIC, featuring former INVOCATOR session drummer Brian Rasmussen and ex-MERCENARY guitarist Mircea G. Eftemie, have been confirmed for the Midtfyns Festival, a five-day event set to take place June 22-26 in Ringe, Denmark. Also set to appear are DEEP PURPLE and STOMPED, among many others. MNEMIC, who recently completed a U.K. tour with SOILWORK and THE FORSAKEN (view MNEMIC's tour diary here), are continuing to promote their debut album, "Mechanical Spin Phenomena", released last year through Nuclear Blast Records. The group are tentatively planning on issuing their sophomore effort before the end of the year.
