MINISTRY's AL JOURGENSEN Talks To MP3.com; Video Posted Online

April 28, 2008

MINISTRY head honcho Al Jourgensen recently sat down for a lengthy video interview with MP3.com. Filmed in Al's hotel room on the eve of the band's final performance in San Francisco, the chat centers on the end of Jourgensen's long-running band, and what, exactly, he plans to fill his time with post-MINISTRY. Aside from a cameo from Al's dogs, Ozzy and Lemmy, the interview features some typically candid Bush bashing, and plenty of discussion about Jourgensen and company's recently released "Cover Up" collection, and the forthcoming REVOLTING COCKS record.

Watch the interview below.

MINISTRY's final world tour C U LaTouR kicked off March 25 in Spokane, WA. The trek features special guests MESHUGGAH and opening act HEMLOCK.

Al Jourgensen enlisted the help of some of metal's finest for MINISTRY AND CO-CONSPIRATORS' "Cover Up". Released on April 1, the album features covers of some of rock music's absolute classics from the likes of DEEP PURPLE, T.REX, ZZ TOP, THE DOORS, MOUNTAIN, BOB DYLAN, THE ROLLING STONES, and more. Joining Al for the ride is MINISTRY and REVOLTING COCKS guitarist Sin Quirin, FEAR FACTORY frontman Burton C. Bell, REVOLTING COCKS' Josh Bradford, PRONG vocalist Thomas Victor, and the Hell Paso Mosh Choir. Additional Co-Conspirators include the late Paul Raven, Tony Campos and Wayne Static of STATIC-X, and ECHOES AND SHADOWS' Edu Mussi and Plastilina Mosh.
