MINISTRY: New Video Interview With SIN QUIRIN

August 1, 2012

Neuweltmusic conducted an interview with MINISTRY guitarist Sin Quirin before the band's July 18 concert at The Academy (moved from Vicar St) in Dublin, Ireland. You can now watch the chat below.

MINISTRY was forced to cancel a couple of shows on its current tour after the band's mainman, Al Jourgensen, collapsed onstage during the group's July 28 concert in Paris,France and was rushed to the hospital. According to a statement release by MINISTRY's management, Jourgensen "was examined by numerous physicians and diagnosed to have had a full-system collapse due to extreme dehydration and heat exhaustion intensified by the lack of ventilation on stage at the venue."

Jourgensen officially reformed MINISTRY last year after a three-year hiatus and released a new studio album, "Relapse", in March.

MINISTRY's current touring lineup:

* Al Jourgensen - Vocals, Guitar
* Mike Scaccia (RIGOR MORTIS) - Guitar
* Casey Orr (RIGOR MORTIS) - Bass
* John Bechdel (KILLING JOKE, FEAR FACTORY) - Keyboards
* Aaron Rossi (REVOLTING COCKS) - Drums
* Sin Quirin (REVOLTING COCKS) - Guitar

"Relapse", sold 3,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 193 on The Billboard 200 chart.
