MICHAEL ANGELO BATIO Schedules Signing Sessions, Guitar Clinics

World-renowned progressive rock guitarist Michael Angelo Batio will be signing autographs January 19-22 at the NAMM show for Dean Guitars at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. On Monday, January 23 through Friday, January 27, Batio will be conducting guitar clinics in Los Angeles. Michael Angelo Batio will also be performing in concert February 24-25 at D.O.A. (Dean Owners of America) at the Dean Guitars International Headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Guitar clinics in Florida, Germany, Brazil, Italy and England will follow later in 2006.

Michael Angelo Batio's latest CD, "Hand without Shadows", features guest appearances by legendary heavy metal bassist Rudy Sarzo (QUIET RIOT, OZZY OSBOURNE, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, DIO) and Doug Marks (man behind the Metal Method series of instructional videos for guitar). Bobby Rock (VINNIE VINCENT INVASION, NELSON) played drums on the entire album.

"HWS" is a blend of Michael's own originals and classic covers requested by his fans. < Tracks on the CD include "Burn" (DEEP PURPLE),"Zeppelin Forever" (described as "a LED ZEPPELIN medley like no other"),"Wherever I May Roam" (METALLICA),"Pray On, Prey", "Tribute to Randy" (Ozzy with Randy Rhoads),"Dream On" (AEROSMITH),"All Along the watchtower" (Jimi Hendrix-inspired) and more!
