METALLICA To Tour Japan In November

METALLICA will embark on a five-date Japanese tour during November.

Confirmed dates are as follows:

Nov. 06 - Tokyo, JAP @ Yoyogi Taiikukan
Nov. 07 - Tokyo, JAP @ Yoyogi Taiikukan
Nov. 09 - Sapporo, JAP @ Ice Arena
Nov. 13 - Osaka, JAP @ Osaka Castle Hall
Nov. 14 - Nagoya, JAP @ Rainbow Hall

As previously reported, METALLICA's "St. Anger" shifted 417,972 copies in the U.S. in its first, shortened week on the streets, landing the album on top of this week's The Billboard 200 chart. Universal Music International, to which the band are signed for all territories outside North America and Japan, sold 1.3 million copies of "St. Anger" since its June 4 release. The band have sold 85 million albums worldwide since their 1983 debut, "Kill 'Em All".
