METALLICA's LARS ULRICH To Host MUCHMUSIC's 'Loud' This Weekend

METALLICA drummer Lars Ulrich will be hosting Canada's MusicMusic video show "Loud" this Saturday, April 17 at 11:30 p.m. EST. Check your local listings for further details.

As previously reported, METALLICA will be honored by ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) at the 21st annual Pop Music Awards held on May 18 at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills, California. In addition, the band have garnered three nominations at this year's California Music Awards, which are scheduled to be held June 6 from noon-6 p.m. at the Frank H. Ogawa Plaza in front of Oakland City Hall. The San Francisco-based heavy metal band are nominated for outstanding hard rock album ("St. Anger"),best guitarist (Kirk Hammett) and best drummer (Lars Ulrich).
