Members of RIGOR MORTIS, GAMMACIDE, ROTTING CORPSE Form TEXAS METAL ALLIANCE

Members of several of Dallas/Fort Worth's most influential and pioneering metal bands will be performing together for a special one-time only gig as the TEXAS METAL ALLIANCE. This definitive old-school lineup includes Bruce Corbitt (vocals) and Casey Orr (bass) from RIGOR MORTIS; Rick Perry (guitar),Scott Shelby (guitar),and Allan Bovee (bass) from GAMMACIDE; Ed Velez (drums) from WHEN LIFE HAS CEASED; Darrin Kobetich (guitars) and Sal Torneo (drums) from HAMMER WITCH; Steve Murphy (bass) from ROTTTING CORPSE; and Turner Scott Van Blarcum (vocals) from SEDITION.

TEXAS METAL ALLIANCE will be performing classic tracks from all these bands at the Phoenix in Arlington, TX on October 21. All proceeds from the performance will benefit HAMMER WITCH bassist/vocalist Wayne Abney, who suffered a near-fatal motorcyle accident on August 2.
