MEGADETH: DAVE MUSTAINE Career Retrospective Book Due In April

December 7, 2004

According to Amazon.co.uk, a 256-page paperback book about Dave Mustaine's career spanning back to the days he had with PANIC right through the entire 20 years of MEGADETH is scheduled for release on April 5, 2005. Amazon's synopsis of the book, entitled "Score: Megadeth and 20 Years of Metal Madness, Song by Song", reads as follows:

"Dave Mustaine has been at the forefront of the metal scene for over two decades. An original member of METALLICA, he left the band in the early '80s to form MEGADETH, an act which has sold millions of albums and performed sell-out shows all over the world. On the 20th anniversary of that legendary band's debut album, Mustaine looks back over his career and offers readers the entire sordid story, song by song — from his early days in PANIC and METALLICA through to this year's return to the limelight. Twisted, funny and brutally honest, 'Score' will be essential reading for metal fans everywhere."
