MASTERPLAN, the German/Norwegian band featuring ex-HELLOWEEN guitarist Roland Grapow, ex-HELLOWEEN drummer Uli Kusch and former YNGWIE MALMSTEEN/ARK singer Jorn Lande, filmed a video for their new single, "Back For My Life", last week in Nuremberg and Dessau, Germany. A diary of the four-day shoot, written by MASTERPLAN keyboardist Axel Mackenrott, has been posted online at Master-Plan.net.

"Back For My Life" (mp3 sample) is the title track of the group's four-song EP, available now on Germany's AFM Records. The songs included on the EP are as follows: "Back For My Life" (single and album version),"Crimson Rider", "Killing in Time" (two different versions, non-album cut) and "Love Is a Rock" (non-album cut).

MASTERPLAN's sophomore full-length album, "Aeronautics", is scheduled for release on January 24, 2005 via AFM. The CD was produced by Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, EXODUS, SKINLAB, NEVERMORE) and mixed by Mikko Karmila. Mastering duties were handled by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios.
