MARILYN MANSON Plans Children's TV Program

October 29, 2005

Marilyn Manson spoke with Neil Sean of Sky News about his plans for a children's television program. "I like the idea of a little me putting across my thoughts and ideas," he said. "It will start out as a web extra and, if successful, we plan to turn it into a standalone kids' cartoon. Will they be frightened? Why should they be, it's only me."

In other news, The Bosh is reporting that Marilyn Manson and his fiancée, burlesque performer Dita Von Teese, plan on sucking each other's blood at their wedding. A source for the Daily Star said, "Marilyn and Dita wanted something more meaningful and romantic, to capture their coming together in front of their loved ones. They felt that exchanging their life blood was a beautiful way of cementing their love, rather than slipping on a ring and giving each other a quick snog."

Though their wedding sounds morbid, it won't be trashy. Dita singled out Britney Spears's 2004 ceremony when she recently spoke about what she didn't want when she walked down the aisle. ContactMusic.com quotes Dita as saying, "Whatever we do, it'll be much more glamorous that Britney's wedding. Fancy wearing a pair of old tracksuits! Our wedding will set an example of how to dress...I've been planning our outfits ever since he proposed last year."

Marilyn Manson has recently revealed his plan to launch a fragrance line. The singer is in "the final stages with one of the major companies" and hopes to launch the perfume early next year.
