MARDUK Confirmed For Germany's TOMAHAWK FESTIVAL

January 30, 2006

MARDUK have been confirmed for the Tomahawk Festival, set to take place April 1 in Osnabrück, Germany. Also scheduled to appear at the festival are THYRFING, KORPIKLAANI, GENERAL SURGERY and GRIMNESS 69, among others.

MARDUK postponed their European tour earlier in the month to May from the previously announced March due to the fact that they are currently working on a DVD. All details regarding the DVD will be announced soon.

MARDUK recently issued a live album, entitled "Warschau". Limited to 10,000 copies on CD worldwide, the album will also be released as a limited-edition double LP and double picture disc (each limited to 500 copies).

MARDUK have been confirmed for the 2006 edition of the Inferno Festival, set to take place April 13-15 at the Rockefeller Music Hall and John Dee venues in Oslo, Norway. Also scheduled to appear at the festival are the reunited black metal legends EMPEROR, BOLT THROWER, BORKNAGAR, WITCHCRAFT, ENDSTILLE and BLOODTHORN, along with more than 20 other bands that have yet to be announced.
