MANNTIS Completing Work On New Demo

March 7, 2007

Vocalist Jake Sirokman of the Southern California quintet MANNTIS has issued the following update:

"We are locking down new material and polishing up a three-song demo that should be done sometime next week. Other then this we are playing some local shows and trying the new jams out live. We plan on hitting the West Coast at the end of April or early May. We will be hitting Northern California, Oregon and Washington and then hope to get right into the studio and complete the album. East Coast we are coming soon."

MANNTIS' critically acclaimed album "Sleep In Your Grave" was produced by Cameron Webb (DANZIG, MOTÖRHEAD, SOCIAL DISTORTION) and is available on Century Media Records. The band recently entered G-Spot Studios in their hometown of Riverside, California with producer/engineer Gunlock to begin pre-production on the follow-up effort, tentatively due next spring/summer.

Upcoming MANNTIS shows:

Mar. 21 - The Whisky - Hollywood, CA (w/ ECHOES OF ETERNITY, DROID)
Mar. 30 - The Alley - Fullerton, CA
