MANIFEST Signs With MORNINGSTAR RECORDS

October 4, 2007

Norwegian thrashers MANIFEST have issued the following update:

"MANIFEST are happy to announce that a deal with Morningstar Records has been inked and the new album, 'Hedonism', will hit the streets in Norway on November 26th!!! A European release of the album is planned to early 2008.

"We are excited as hell to have signed with Morningstar!! We have been looking for the right label for several months and it feels good to finally be in good hands and have a release date for the album. We have known the guys in Morningstar for a long time, and they are down-to-earth, hard-working guys. They have all seen us live a dozen of times and they know what we are capable of. We are absolutely positive that Morningstar will work their asses of to make 'Hedonism' get the attention it deserves!!"

The follow-up to 2005's "Half Past Violence", "Hedonism" was recorded at Spiren Studio with producer Knut "Fug" Prytz. Two songs from the CD — "Chemical Solution" and "Unrelenting" — are available for streaming on the band's MySpace page.

"Hedonism" (cover artwork) track listing:

01. Chemical Solution
02. Unrelenting
03. Machinery Of Violence
04. Swine
05. Cursed To Prevail
06. Hydroplaning
