MALEVOLENT CREATION Joined By NILE Drummer

March 8, 2003

Long-running Florida death metallers MALEVOLENT CREATION have replaced touring drummer Ariel Alvarado with NILE skinsman Tony Laureano. Tony is no stranger to the MALEVOLENT CREATION camp, having toured the U.S. and Europe with the band on their "In Cold Blood" tour in 1997. Tony is prepared to sit in on the drums until a permanent drummer is found as long as it does not interfere with NILE's schedule. Interested drummers can submit promo material or contact the band at [email protected]. Drummers must be prepared to relocate and have an open schedule for a lot of touring. "No pussies or rock stars please!!!!!"

MALEVOLENT CREATION will be filming their first-ever live DVD at the MetalMania Festivals in Poland and the Czech Republic on April 5-6. A July release is expected. The "No Mercy Festivals 2003" tour (with TESTAMENT, MARDUK, DEATH ANGEL, NUCLEAR ASSAULT, DIE APOKALYPTISHEN REITER, PRO-PAIN and DARKANE) will take place in April, to be followed by a run of dates with MARDUK, IMMOLATION and ABORTED. A South American tour is scheduled for early July.
