MADBALL: Video Interview Available

September 17, 2009

"B-Sides" recently conducted an interview with New York hardcore legends MADBALL. Watch a two-minute excerpt from the chat below.

MADBALL recently announced the addition of drummer Ben Dussault (THROWDOWN, A DEATH FOR EVERY SIN) to the group's ranks.

MADBALL's sixth album, "Infiltrate the System", came out August 21, 2007. The band shot the video for the title track on September 12, 2007 in the streets of New York City, and posted an open casting call on their web site to all of their fans, urging them to "wear what you would normally wear, be it a suit, work clothes, or a t-shirt and jeans."

Formed when vocalist Freddy Cricien was in his early teens, MADBALL has been one of the driving forces of hardcore in recent years delivering anthemic, touchstone albums such as "Demonstrate My Style" (1996) and "Set It Off" (1994).
