MADBALL To Begin Recording Late Spring

March 6, 2007

New York hardcore legends MADBALL have issued the following update:

"We just finished a 10-show run of shows along the East Coast with our friends from DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR and SINCE THE FLOOD. Also thanks to KILL YOUR IDOLS for joining us on the Long Island show. Next, we head back into the rehearsal space to continue writing, full speed ahead, on our upcoming full-length release for 2007 (no title as of yet). We're looking to begin recording in late spring, and hoping for a late summer/early fall release. Also this year, we'll be working on a full-length DVD release that will cover the history of the band, along with plenty of live footage, and tour video."

MADBALL recently shot a video for the song "100%" in São Paulo, Brazil with director Pablo Menna (Toro Productions). Check out the clip at YouTube.com.

MADBALL released its first CD for Ferret Music, "Legacy", in August 2005. An appearance at the European version of the Sounds of the Underground tour followed last spring, alongside CHIMAIRA, UNEARTH, TERROR, ALL THAT REMAINS and MANNTIS.
