MAD MAX Joined By Former VANDENBERG Drummer

February 6, 2008

German melodic rockers MAD MAX have announced the addition of former VANDENBERG drummer Jos Zoomer to the group's ranks.

Commented the band: "Due to the fact that MAD MAX original drummer Axel Kruse shares his drum talents with German band JADED HEART, there will be lots of overlapping live dates in the upcoming months. JADED HEART will start touring Europe in March as 'special guests' of THE POODLES. MAD MAX is also confirmed for several shows in Italy and other European countries. Axel Kruse will concentrate on the shows with JADED HEART while MAD MAX is proud to welcome on board Dutch drum legend Jos Zoomer, co-founder and drummer from the very first moment of the legendary Dutch hard rock band VANDENBERG, fronted by guitar hero Adrian Vandenberg (WHITESNAKE). Jos Zoomer toured all around the world with VANDENBERG and even supported KISS in the '80s. So MAD MAX is thrilled and thankful to have such a great guy helping us out in the next months!"

Upcoming MAD MAX shows:

Apr. 03 - Sottotetto Sound Club, Bologna, ITA
Apr. 05 - Hardsounds.IT Rock Party, Mozzate, ITA
Apr. 06 - Lucille, Verona, ITA
May 09 - Ballroom, Hamburg, GER
May 10 - Ballroom, Hamburg, GER
