M3: 'Classic WHITESNAKE' DVD Gets A Release Date

Classic Pictures has set a May 23 U.K. release date for "Rough an' Ready" (cover),the new live DVD from M3, the "classic WHITESNAKE" tribute band featuring Bernie Marsden (guitar, ex-WHITESNAKE),Micky Moody (guitar, ex-WHITESNAKE),Neil Murray (ex-WHITESNAKE, BLACK SABBATH),Jimmy Copley (drums, ex-PAUL RODGERS, GILLAN, BECK),Mark Stanway (keyboards, ex-MAGNUM) and Stefan Berggren (vocals, SNAKES IN PARADISE, COMPANY OF SNAKES, RAZORBACK). The rest of Europe will receive the DVD throughout the month of May (depending on the country). A U.S. release date has yet to be confirmed.

The DVD footage was shot on June 12, 2004 at Burnley Mechanics in Burnley, England and includes a guest appearance by former RAINBOW and current YNGWIE MALMSTEEN vocalist Doogie White.

Marsden, Moody and Murray are joined by a host of well known guest musicians to perform all the classic songs that launched WHITESNAKE into the stadiums of the world.

Presented with 5.1 Dolby Digital, 5.1 DTS and Dolby Stereo Sound Options, this DVD features the rock anthems "Don't Break My Heart Again", "Ain't No Love in the Heart of the City", "Fool for Your Loving" and the No. 1 worldwide smash-hit "Here I Go Again".

The package will include a wealth of extras, bootleg clips and exclusive interviews. A short preview of the upcoming DVD can be viewed at this location.
