MÖTLEY CRÜE has been confirmed as the headliner of the opening night of the fourth annual Kaliakra Rock Fest, set to take place July 1-3 in Kavarna, Bulgaria. DREAM THEATER will perform on the last night of the festival, July 3. More acts will be announced soon.
