LOWA Featuring Former MORBID ANGEL, GRIP INC., FORBIDDEN Members: Music Available

March 4, 2008

LOWA, the new band featuring former MORBID ANGEL bassist/vocalist Steve Tucker, ex-GRIP INC./ HEATHEN bassist Jason VieBrooks and former FORBIDDEN/MANMADEGOD drummer Steve Jacobs, has posted three recently completed demo tracks — "Lowa", "UMA" and "Whore" — on VieBrooks' MySpace page.

LOWA made its live debut on February 15 at The Madison Theater in Covington, Kentucky. Check out photos from the concert and a short review at this location.

Jason previously told BLABBERMOUTH.NET, "We're calling the band LOWA for now. The name [may] change but we ran with that due to not having a solid name when the shows were booked. We've recorded five songs to shop but [are playing] 10 live." He added, "This is the happiest all of us have ever been in a band. We all write very well together and get along great and are looking forward to taking this around the world."

LOWA is:

Steve Tucker (ex-MORBID ANGEL) - Vocals
Jason VieBrooks (ex-GRIP INC., HEATHEN) - Guitar
Bobby Gaskins - Bass
Steve Jacobs (FORBIDDEN, MANMADEGOD) – Drums

LOWA also played at Déjà Vu in Toledo, Ohio on February 16.
