LIMP BIZKIT: New Single Posted Online

August 3, 2003

A radio-quality rip of LIMP BIZKIT's new single, "Eat You Alive", has been posted in MP3 format at this location. The song is the first single from LIMP BIZKIT's forthcoming, as-yet-untitled fourth album, due on September 23 through Flip/Interscope Records. The single is expected to impact radio as early as Monday, August 4, and a video for the song is scheduled to begin airing in a couple of weeks.

As previously reported, LIMP BIZKIT's long-awaited new album seemed ready for release in May, but after BIZKIT finally named Mike Smith (ex-SNOT) as the replacement for guitarist Wes Borland, the group scrapped the finished tracks and began working on new material. The follow-up to 2000's "Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water" was produced by LIMP BIZKIT frontman Fred Durst and was mixed by Brendan O'Brien (PEARL JAM, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS, PAPA ROACH).
