LENG TCH'E Book Studio Time For New Album

December 28, 2005

Belgian razorgrind outfit LENG TCH'E have booked studio time for the follow-up to their Relapse debut, "The Process Of Elimination". The new record has been given the tentative title of "Marasmus" and will be recorded in July 2006 at the Smart & Hard studios in Denmark by Jacob Bredahl. Mixing will take place at the infamous Studio Fredman with producer Fredrik Nordström. The CD should be unleashed upon the public in early 2007 on Relapse Records. Expect longer songs, more intricate rhythms and lots of more variation than on the previous LENG TCH'E records. Mixing up the roots of the band with a new found mature sound, "Marasmus" will become the band's most varied, catchy and definitely most insane blasting effort.

Besides the news on the next record, the band are recording a bunch of new songs, some reworked old tracks and a few covers for their upcoming split with WARSCARS on Bones Brigade at the CCR studio with producer Kris Belaen. This split should be out in April 2006 and the new songs should be a preview of what "Marasmus" will have to offer.

As previously reported, LENG TCH'E have been confirmed for the renowned Summer Breeze festival, set to take place August 17-19, 2006 in the Ostalbkreis district in Germany.
