LACUNA COIL: Video Of Acoustic Performance Posted Online

June 1, 2006

According to a posting at EmptySpiral.net, LACUNA COIL appeared on the premier Italian radio show "Radio Deejay" on Wednesday (May 31). In addition to being interviewed, the band performed a short acoustic set, which included the songs "Within Me" and "Closer". You can view a video of the interview (in Italian) and the acoustic version of "Within Me" on the "Radio Deejay" site at this location.

LACUNA COIL recently hit the state of the art Music Choice studios in New York City to record a live version of their hit single "Our Truth", which will be accessible throughout the month of June on Music Choice On-Demand, the most-popular free video-on-demand music service available in millions of digital cable homes nationwide with access to on-demand programming from Music Choice. Vocalists Andrea Ferrero and Cristina Scabbia also sat down with Music Choice for an in-depth interview that will be featured on a future episode of "Rock Show", available only on Music Choice On-Demand and its free broadband/high-speed Internet music service for cable-modem subscribers.

LACUNA COIL just wrapped up a massive six-week, sold-out U.S. tour as direct support to ROB ZOMBIE, which will lead them into a main stage slot at this year's Ozzfest. Their latest album, "Karmacode", had a phenomenal first week at retail, moving an impressive 34,000 units via Nielsen SoundScan and securing the No. 28 spot on The Billboard 200 chart. It has since sold a total of 88,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
