LACUNA COIL To Be Interviewed By IRON MAIDEN Singer On BBC's 'Rock Show'

Italy's LACUNA COIL will join IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson in the studio today (April 1) during his weekly BBC 6 Music radio show, aptly named "Rock Show". As previously reported, LACUNA COIL's latest single, "Our Truth", entered the U.K. Top 40 singles chart at position No. 40. The single also entered the Italian national chart at position No. 23 and the Spanish chart at No. 19.

LACUNA COIL's new album, "Karmacode", is scheduled for release on April 4 via Century Media Records.

LACUNA COIL's 2002 album "Comalies" has sold more than 230,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Marco Barbieri, Century Media president for North America, says the record has sold 500,000 units worldwide.

LACUNA COIL will be on the cover of at least a half-dozen metal magazines this spring. But the group also is gaining mainstream exposure: An April appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" and a segment of "The Mix" on ABC News are slated, according to Billboard.
