KYUSS Frontman Performs With DANKO JONES In Norway

Canadian powerhouse rock trio DANKO JONES were joined by former KYUSS frontman John Garcia for the first four shows of its seven-date Norwegian tour, which kicked off October 18. DANKO and Garcia performed the following songs:

01. Senor Morenos Plan (HERMANO)
02. 5000 Miles
03. Allen's Wrench (KYUSS)
04. Thorn (UNIDA)
05. Hollywood Babylon (THE MISFITS)
06. Invisible (DANKO JONES)

John Garcia is featured on the song "Invisible" on DANKO's latest album, "Sleep is the Enemy", but this is the first time he and the band shared a stage together.

"Sleep Is The Enemy" was released in the United States in May via Razor & Tie Records (the CD was issued in Europe in February via Bad Taste Records).

"Sleep Is the Enemy" was produced and engineered by Matt DeMatteo at Record High Productions in Toronto and was mixed by Vic Florencia at Phase One Studios in Toronto. Mastering duties were handled by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound in New York (Ted's previous work includes GREEN DAY's "American Idiot" and R.E.M.'s "Around The Sun"). Artwork was created by WalseCustomDesign.com.

In other news, DANKO frontman/namesake has started a new column in Close-Up magazine, Scandanavia's "premier" heavy music magazine. He is still continuing with his two other separate columns in Rock Hard magazine in Germany and Mute magazine in Norway.
