KULT OV AZAZEL To Film Ft. Lauderdale Concert For Upcoming DVD

May 5, 2010

Florida-based black metallers KULT OV AZAZEL will film their May 21 concert at the Culture Room in Ft. Lauderdale for their forthcoming DVD, to be released before the end of the year via Arctic Music. The as-yet-untitled disc will span the years 1999-2010 and will include two full shows along with other footage.

In other news, KULT OV AZAZEL is working on re-releasing its very obscure CD "Order Of The Fly". The band states, "Since there has been a lot of inquiries as where to find this, the time has come to reissue the recording. The original was released to only 250 in 1999 and has been out of print since 2000. The reissue will have bonus tracks, these being the 'Of Evil And Hatred' session (a.k.a. our portion of the KULT OV AZAZEL/KRIEG split) along with some unreleased recordings."

KULT OV AZAZEL will begin pre-production on its new album, "Violators Of The Covenant", in July. An early 2011 release is expected.

As previously reported, will release a "best-of" compilation titled "Desecrations: A Decade Of Defiling the Cross" in August through Arctic Music. In addition, Negativity Records will release a KULT OV AZAZEL split seven-inch single with TERATISM titled "In League With Satan" as a tribute to VENOM.

KULT OV AZAZEL's latest album, "Destroying The Sacred", was released in June 2009 via Arctic Music. The CD was recorded at Mana Recording Studios in St. Petersburg, Florida between October 28, 2008 and November 11, 2008.
