KISSWORLD Staging 'Closing Down Sale'

June 17, 2005

Kissworld, the first official KISS store in Melbourne, Australia, has issued the following statement regarding the store's current status:

"Dear KISS fans,

"Many of you have been wondering what the progress of the store is and after many months of discussions and negotiations, the store will no longer be proceeding as was originally envisaged.

"Those of you who have been regular visitors to our website will have seen the introduction of many non-KISS items. Kissworld was able to secure a range of left-over stock from some recent Australian concert tours by a variety of artists and these items are available for sale now at well under the prices they were selling for at the shows. Check it out at www.kissworld.net.

"In time, World of Stars, the sister company of Kissworld, will take over the site and become the memorabilia retailer covering all forms of music, film and sporting celebrities. We will of course continue to sell KISS products as a part of our range.

"There is some good news for you out there and that is that we will be staging a 'Closing Down Sale' direct from our warehouse commencing on Wednesday 22nd June through to Sunday 17th July. (See trading hours below) Many of the items you have seen on the site and several that you haven't will be sold at up to 80% off.

"These specials will be available on the website immediately, however from June 22nd, a further 20% off the prices shown on the website will apply for personal shoppers attending the direct-to-the-public sale from our warehouse outlet! Please note that we cannot reserve stock for you to purchase at the warehouse sale and all items will be subject to availability once the internet sale commences.

Some examples of the 'massive savings' you will make are:

- Rock the Nations Tour (Litho) was $495 now on the website will be $225 at the direct to the public sale will be $175

- Paul Stanley's guitar was $12,595 now on the website will be $11,500 but at the direct to the public sale will be $9,200

- Vinnie Vincent (Creatures of the Night Litho) was $295 now on the website will be $195 at the direct to the public sale will be $150

"Non-KISS items being slashed:

- Muhammad Ali Hand Signed 8 x 10 photo Framed was $760.00 now on the website will be $650.00 at the direct to the public sale will be $520.00

- AC/DC Hand Signed Litho Framed was $1195.00 now on the website will be $900 at the direct to the public sale will be $720

- Don't forget we have two of Bruce Kulick's amazing guitars on sale now at ridiculously reduced prices.

"You will never again see these prices with many items being sold at or below cost. Take advantage of them while stocks last. Grab a piece of the last remaining KW branded merchandise before its gone forever, a guitar pick, a sticker, etc.
