May 3, 2004

McFarlane Toys has announced plans to release a KISS "Love Gun" deluxe boxed set in August. "This boxed set features all four members of the band and a beautifully crafted stage base," reads a posting at KissOnline.com. "Together, the set virtually re-creates the classic 'Love Gun' album in three-dimensional detail. The band members' poses, their facial expressions and positions on the stage, the, uh, extra eye candy on the base itself, it's all here." View photos of the set at this location.

Tempe, Arizona-based McFarlane Toys has several successful music lines, including OZZY OSBOURNE, THE BEATLES' "Yellow Submarine", METALLICA, JIM MORRISON, IRON MAIDEN's "Eddie", ROB ZOMBIE, JANIS JOPLIN, ANGUS YOUNG and JERRY GARCIA. The company also produces figures from movies and sports.
