Sweden's DARK TRANQUILLITY is also being advertised as taking part in the trek (Ticketmaster, The Rave), but is currently scheduled to play a couple of shows in the group's home country in late February, making the band's participation in the KILLSWITCH tour unlikely.

More dates will be announced soon.

The new, self-titled album from KILLSWITCH ENGAGE sold 58,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 7 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD was released on June 30 via Roadrunner Records. It was produced by Brendan O'Brien (AC/DC, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE) and co-produced by guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz.

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE was recently forced to reschedule its South American tour after singer Howard Jones was taken ill.
