KILLSWITCH ENGAGE Film Video For 'Rose Of Sharyn'

March 18, 2004

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE shot a video for the track "Rose Of Sharyn" in Los Angeles, California earlier today (March 18). Check out photos from the shoot at this location.

"Rose Of Sharyn" comes off the group's upcoming CD, "The End of Heartache", due on May 11 through Roadrunner Records.

The follow-up to 2002's "Alive or Just Breathing" was produced by guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz and is currently being mixed at Backstage Studios in Ripley, Yorkshire with Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, EXODUS, ARCH ENEMY, SKINLAB).

Among the songtitles set to appear on the CD are the following:

01. Bid Farewell
02. World Ablaze
03. When Darkness Falls
04. Rose of Sharyn
05. Declaration
06. Take This Oath
07. The End Of Heartache
08. Break the Bonds

"The End of Heartache" is the group's first full-length release with vocalist Howard Jones and drummer Justin Foley. Artwork for the CD was designed by the band's bass player, Mike D'Antonio.

D'Antonio is no stranger to album cover design as he has taken on the task for the previous KILLSWITCH ENGAGE albums as well as for several other up and coming like-minded bands such as SHADOWS FALL and UNEARTH.

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE will be teaming up with IN FLAMES for a co-headlining North American tour beginning on May 3 in Pontiac, Michigan. Also appearing on the bill will be AS I LAY DYING.
