KILLSWITCH ENGAGE: Bridging The Gap Between Metal And Punk

With KILLSWITCH ENGAGE taking part in the Vans Warped Tour this year, the band talked to Artisan News Service about being a bridge between metal and punk. Watch video footage at this location.

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE's video for the band's new single, "The Arms of Sorrow", has been posted online at YouTube. According to the casting call sheet, "this video revolves around a man falling from a high-rise building in slow motion and people reacting to it."

"The Arms of Sorrow" comes off the group's new album, "As Daylight Dies", which has sold 257,000 copies in the United States since its November 21 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The CD is the follow-up to 2004's Grammy-nominated album "The End of Heartache", and 2005's gold-selling DVD "(Set This) World Ablaze".
