KELLY OSBOURNE appears to have changed her mind and will open for her father, OZZY OSBOURNE, only on the U.K. portion of his European tour, which is scheduled to kick off in early September.

A Finnish promoter had announced several days ago that Kelly was the official replacement for GODSMACK at the OZZY gig at Helsinki's Hartwall Arena on September 13. However, the promoter has now retracted his announcement, saying that the decision to have Kelly open for OZZY only at the British dates was made "inside the family." There is no word yet on the official replacement for GODSMACK, who pulled out of the tour earlier in the month. Occupying the middle slot on the entire tour will be the Finnish goth-metallers H.I.M.
