KEEN OF THE CROW Members Vow To Carry On

March 29, 2007

KEEN OF THE CROW members Rhett Davis (drums; ex-MORGION),Justin Christian (bass; ex-MORGION) and Dan Ochoa (vocals) have vowed to carry on with the band despite the departure of Ron Slater (guitar) and Seth Arthur (guitar). The group's statement on the matter reads a follows:

"The [previous announcement regarding the band's breakup] was not made by Rhett Davis, Dan Ochoa or Justin Christian of KEEN OF THE CROW. We, the remaining members, regretfully announce the departure of guitarists Ron Slater and Seth Arthur. Obviously, this is quite a loss to KEEN OF THE CROW, but there is no official change of status of the band. Until further developments, we are simply in a resting stage after a busy 2006. The only official source online is www.myspace.com/keenofthecrow. The KeenOfTheCrow.net page is not an authorized source and should be ignored rightfully until a new web home is established."

KEEN OF THE CROW's music was previously described as "very melodic in intent" yet with "punishing heavy culmination. Imagine if MORGION, CELTIC FROST, CANDLEMASS, PRIMORDIAL, and NEUROSIS joined forces, it would be labeled appropriately KEEN OF THE CROW."
