JUDAS PRIEST: Winning Entries In Norwegian 'Metal Idol' Contest Posted Online

Norwegian daily newspaper Dagbladet recently ran a competition where readers could submit videotapes of themselves performing JUDAS PRIEST songs of their choice "Pop Idol"-style.

The two best entries won an exclusive meeting with the whole JUDAS PRIEST band backstage at the Oslo Spektrum before their headlining show on March 8.

The jury consisted of Lars Eirik Eide, metal critic for Dagbladet; Kim Paulsen, label manager at Sony BMG Norway; and Asbjorn Slettemark, host of Norwegian national radio rock/metal show "Pyro".
