JOHNNY TRUANT Signs With FERRET MUSIC

Ferret Music has announced the signing of JOHNNY TRUANT. The UK-based band's new album, entitled "No Tears For The Creatures", will be released in the U.S. on September 30.

According to a press release, JOHNNY TRUANT plays music that Kerrang! magazine has called "technically outstanding and sonically devastating" and Rock Sound referred to as "another brutal metallic assault even more twisted, bitter and distorted."

Commenting on on the signing, vocalist Olly Mitchell said, "Ferret is a label that we have looked up to ever since we started this band. We grew up listening and drawing influence from so many of their bands. We are so proud to be part of such an awesome label. We can't wait to come to the U.S. and tour, it's been a dream for us... it's gonna be one huge fucking party."

In existence since 2001, JOHNNY TRUANT has toured with such artists as CANCER BATS, THE FALL OF TROY, THE END, ALEXISONFIRE, THE BLED and played the prestigious Download festival.
