JOHN WAITE To Headline UK's Z ROCK 2009 Festival

JOHN WAITE has been confirmed as the headliner of the Z Rock 2009 festival, set to take place May 29-30, 2009 at JB's in Dudley, England.

With a career that spans 30 years, John Waite is one of the most successful artists in the AOR/melodic rock genre. His career started with the BABYS who found success both in Europe and the U.S. He then embarked on a highly successful solo career which spawned the worldwide hit "Missing You" before forming the supergroup BAD ENGLISH with JOURNEY's Jonathan Cain and Neal Schon.

Z Rock 2009 will be John Waite's first appearance on European soil in close to 23 years. His set will consist of BAD ENGLISH material along with his solo hits and some classic BABYS numbers for good measure.

Tickets are available at www.zrecords.net, priced at £42.50 and £25.00. This special discounted early bird offer will run until October 31 when prices will revert to £47.50 and £30.00. They will go on general sale from various outlets at full price from November 1.
