JOE SATRIANI To Take Part In 'Wine, Wisdom And Rock Experience'

July 20, 2013

Have you ever dreamed of rocking out with rock legends and getting up close and personal with a master winemaker at one of Napa Valley's most historic wineries? Look no further. To celebrate its 80th anniversary, Louis M. Martini is partnering with Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp to present the best of both worlds in their "Wine, Wisdom And Rock Experience", set to take place August 16-18.

Held at the renowned Louis M. Martini winery and vineyards in the heart of Napa Valley, participants will have the opportunity to tour the winery, enjoy the wine, and learn from Mike Martini, third-generation master winemaker as he shares lessons learned from three generations of the Martini family's pursuit of the perfect Cabernet. In addition, they will jam, rehearse, write and record songs with real rock legends, including guitar giant Joe Satriani.

"The 'Wine, Wisdom And Rock Experience' at Louis M. Martini winery is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience packed into a twice-the-wow weekend," said Martini. "By combining classic cabernet with classic rock we're able to explore firsthand the lessons learned from making great wine and great rock."

Putting the "rock" in the "Wine, Wisdom And Rock Experience" will be multiple Grammy nominee Joe Satriani. His rock roots and deep resume include playing with Mick Jagger and DEEP PURPLE. As a sought-after teacher, he's coached other rock legends, including Kirk Hammett from METALLICA and David Bryson from COUNTING CROWS. Participants will rehearse, jam and play with Satriani and other rock legends, perform on stage at a final concert and hear behind-the-scenes stories from the rockers and the lessons they've learned from their mentors.

Tickets are limited for this exclusive experience and on sale today for $6,499. Reserve your spot today by visiting RockCamp.com.

From the Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon to the legendary Napa Valley Cabernet and the exclusive Monte Rosso Cabernet, the Martini family winemakers have crafted world-class cabernet sauvignon wines for more than 80 years.
