JOE LYNN TURNER To Tour Turkey With Guitarist CEM KÖKSAL

Legendary hard rock vocalist Joe Lynn Turner (RAINBOW, DEEP PURPLE, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN) will joining Turkish guitar virtuoso Cem Köksal on a tour of Turkey this May. Confirmed dates so far are as follows:

May 04 - Eskisehir Anadolu University
May 06 - Antalya Akdeniz University
May 08 - Manisa Celal Bayar University
May 10 - Balakesir University
May 12 - Konya Selcuk University
May 14 - Bursa Uludag University
May 16 - Kayseri Erciyes University
May 18 - Malatya Inonu University
May 21 - Trabzon Karadeniz Teknik University
May 24 - Edirne Trakya University

In other news, Lynn Turner and Cem Köksal will be the featured guests on the radio show "Beton" on Turkey's Açýk Radio 94.9 FM airing Sunday, April 30. The two-hour live show will begin at midnight (GMT + 02:00). For those not in the area, you can listen live at www.acikradyo.com.tr.

Turkish also Europian rock and heavy metal music fans know Mete Sohtaoglu well and have been listening to his program "Beton" ("Concrete") on Açýk Radio 94.9 FM every Sunday at midnight for the past nine years. The latest rock and heavy metal music albums are on air first on Sohtaoglu's program in Turkey. "Beton" is said to be the best-known Turkish radio program internationally.
