JAKE E. LEE: New Album Details Revealed

December 14, 2004

MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP (MSG) vocalist Chris Logan revealed in a recent online posting that he has completed tracking vocals for the new JAKE E. LEE (OZZY OSBOURNE, BADLANDS) album. The CD "will include several influential cover songs from the '70s classic rock era," according to Logan. "We're doing songs from CACTUS, FREE, JAMES GANG, JOHNNY WINTER, TRAPEZE and more. Most of what I've been working with are scratch guitar tracks, and even those are amazing! So I'm really excited about this project — Jake is really tearing it up on here, bigtime! It should release sometime in the first half of 2005 on the Shrapnel Records label."

The album lineup is as follows:

Jake E. Lee (OZZY OSBOURNE, BADLANDS) - Guitars
Chris Logan (MSG) - Vocals
Tim Bogert (VANILLA FUDGE, BECK, BOGERT & APPICE) - Bass
Aynsley Dunbar (UFO, WHITESNAKE, MSG) – Drums
