May 6, 2009

Retroactive Records has announced the signing of Columbus, Ohio-based Christian power metallers JACOBS DREAM.

Having already released three albums on Metal Blade Records, as well as two independent LPs, JACOBS DREAM is currently recording its fifth full-length album, "Beneath The Shadows". It is described by the band as a "a full concept (storyline) that bares the emotion of a single character who gets lost in a life of drug addiction. As a result of his actions he loses everything he loves which sends him on an emotional journey of his own personal Hell." A video for the new song "Welcome To My World" was also recently shot.

JACOBS DREAM's fourth album, "Dominion of Darkness", came out last year.
