JACKNIFE Announce New Bassist

Dallas, TX-based JACKNIFE have announced the addition of bassist Chris Patterson (ex-BLOODTIES) to the group's ranks. "He is a great addition to the band an awesome person and we are glad to have him," the band write in a statement. "Chris will be replacing Joseph Fontenot, who had to leave the band due to family obligations."

JACKNIFE's new CD, "Moment of Reckoning", is scheduled for release on September 6 via Zero-Sum Records, the new label founded by DROWNING POOL (Wind-Up),DAMAGEPLAN (Atlantic) and LOSA (Metal Blade) manager Paul Bassman and Chris Paluska, manager of LOSA and former tour manager for DAMAGEPLAN.
