JACK RUSSELL is 'Excited' To Be Playing With Bassist TONY MONTANA Again

July 18, 2013

GREAT WHITE FEATURING JACK RUSSELL (formerly JACK RUSSELL'S GREAT WHITE) has recruited former GREAT WHITE bassist Tony Montana (a.k.a. Tony Cardenas; pictured below) for the "A Pirate's Life Tour". Montana was part of GREAT WHITE's rise to fame from 1987 to 1992, and Russell is thrilled to have him on deck once again.

"After 23 years, I am excited to have my friend on stage with me again. He is the best bass player GREAT WHITE ever had," exclaims Russell.

Montana replaces the recently departed Dario Seixas, who left GREAT WHITE FEATURING JACK RUSSELL "due to differences in business/management views and decisions."

GREAT WHITE FEATURING JACK RUSSELL is not to be confused with the other touring and recording version of GREAT WHITE, which features Mark Kendall, Scott Snyder (bass),Audie Desbrow (drums),Michael Lardie (guitar, keyboards) and Terry Ilous (lead vocals).

GREAT WHITE FEATURING JACK RUSSELL will next perform this coming Friday, July 19 at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California.
