IRON MAIDEN: 'The Trooper' Single Download

August 18, 2005

For the first time ever, IRON MAIDEN are releasing a previously unavailable recording as an exclusive download to correspond with the official release of the single. This exclusive version of "The Trooper" was recorded at Egishollin Arena, Reykjavik, Iceland on June 7, 2005 — a very special show for MAIDEN. Bruce Dickinson had piloted Flight AEU 666, a Boeing 757 from Gatwick Airport London full of MAIDEN fans, on a very unique day trip to Reykjavik to join 15,000 other fans and see the show. As a special souvenir of the gig, the downloadable artwork features previously unseen live photos from the show. As an exclusive, 7digital are offering purchases of this live exclusive the chance to view a previously unseen 10-minute clip from the forthcoming DVD, "Death On The Road". All for under a pound, and available from www.7digital.com.
