August 16, 2010

Behind-the-scenes footage from the video shoot for the song "Graven Image" from Floridian extreme metallers INFERNAEON can be viewed below. The clip was filmed in Orlando by Fetus Productions, directed by Pia Houge and produced by Luke Leonard.

Commented vocalist Brian Werner: "Doing this video was a fucking amazing experience.

"We got a chance to work with a killer new company called Fetus Productions which really took our whole vision of what we were trying to do and really brought it to life.

"I've seen all the previews for this already and I have to say this video looks fucking insane.

"Pia Houge and Luke Leonard from Fetus Productions were some of the most amazing people to work with and I think it's safe to say that we will definitely be working with them again in the future, and any band out there would be lucky to get the opportunity to work with them as well!"

"Graven Image" comes off INFERNAEON's new album, "Genesis To Nemesis", which is scheduled for release on August 31 via Prosthetic Records. The CD was recorded at Erik Rutan's Mana Recording Studios (GOATWHORE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, HATE ETERNAL) in St. Petersburg, Florida with producer Brian Elliott. "Genesis To Nemesis" picks up where 2007's "A Symphony of Suffering" (which Metal Hammer described as, "brave, unflinchingly inventive and jackhammer-heavy from beginning to end,") left off, with a devastating mix of Floridian death metal and symphonic, sinister European black metal.

"Genesis To Nemesis" is the first recording with new guitarists Taylor Nordberg and Steven Harger, as well as bassist Mike Poggione.
