3 INCHES OF BLOOD Performing With SLIPKNOT's JOEY JORDISON: Video Available

A video clip of 3 INCHES OF BLOOD performing the song "Trial of Champions" with SLIPKNOT drummer Joey Jordison in New York City a few weeks back has been posted online at YouTube.

The cover artwork for 3 INCHES OF BLOOD's upcoming album, "Fire up the Blades", has been posted online at this location. Due this spring via Roadrunner Records, the follow-up to "Advance and Vanquish" was produced by Joey Jordison. "

Darker, tighter and more dangerous than their debut, the new album features songs such as "Night Marauders", "Goatrider’s Horde", "Assassins of the Light" and "Black Spire". With those songtitles, the album is sure to be full of vivid imagery, masterful guitar acrobatics and the soaring vocals of Cam Pipes and Jamie Hooper that 3 INCHES OF BLOOD is known for.

Since the release of "Advance & Vanquish", 3 INCHES OF BLOOD have been plundering cities all around the world on tours with AVENGED SEVENFOLD, TRIVIUM, CHIMAIRA, EXODUS and others. The the Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada-based metal sextet most recently headlined a North American tour with EARLY MAN and BAD WIZARD in support. On October 21, 2006, the members of 3 INCHES OF BLOOD lived out their dreams by opening up for legendary metal band IRON MAIDEN at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Los Angeles, CA.

3 INCHES OF BLOOD is Cam Pipes (vocals),Jamie Hooper (vocals),Justin Hagberg (guitar),Shane Clark (guitar),Nick Cates (bass) and Alexei Rodriquez (drums).

3 INCHES OF BLOOD is currently on tour in Europe with support from BIOMECHANICAL. The trek wraps up tonight (March 29) at Rock City in Nottingham, England. The band has also been confirmed for this summer's Ozzfest.
